The Oysterman Events will be serving oysters at Foodies Fair in Edinburgh Inverleith Park. We will be serving from our oyster cart and a few of our oystermen will be shucking for you. Join us for fresh Scottish oysters with a selection of seasonings, and perhaps a glass of bubbly from the stand next door!
