Oysters with the classics

CHAMPAGNE

Champagne, with its natural acidity, has always been the perfect companion for oysters.

Try them with a Brut, Nature, or Extra Brut champagne or cava.

Our bubbles of choice are the Catalan cava 'Privat Reserva Brut Nature'

WHITE WINES

Another classic pairing. Oysters go well with punchy, acidic, sharp-tongued white wines as their character perfectly accompanies the high iodine element found in oysters.

We recommend whites from the Loire Valley region such as; Muscadet, Sancerre, Quincy

Or from the Burgundy region such as; Chablis, Petit Chablis
